Co-Parenting and Anger Management

Co-parenting is an arrangement where both parents share responsibility for raising their child(ren) in a manner that promotes cooperation, healing, and growth. During co-parenting sessions, the focus will be to aid the parents to compromise for what is in their family's best interest; keeping the child(ren)'s growth a priority.
Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that one is becoming angry; taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way.  Managing anger can be a task for anyone; especially when one does not realize they have anger and/or what effects it has on others around them. Our program includes a curriculum-based education as well as individualized discussions on personalized situations and events.
